Cynthia Interviews Daniel Kessler of 350.org which is building a global grassroots movement to solve the climate crisis.

Later in the show Cynthia talks with Lynn Kern who is happy to announce Highland Halls  "Students of Excellence Merit Scholarship" program for low-income students entering the 9th grade in the fall of 2013. Five students with financial need who demonstrate high achievement in academics, music, arts, leadership/community service or athletics will be awarded a full four-year scholarship to our high school.
