Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center (EPFMC) is a quality-focused, federally qualified nonprofit community health center dedicated to improving the physical, social, and emotional well-being of people in the communities they serve, regardless of income.

 

Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center doors are open to everyone who needs help, regardless of their ability to pay. Their integrated medical home model incorporates a range of services, from primary care and childbirth classes to counseling for emotional disorders and periodontal cleanings.

 

Programs include Adult and Pediatric Medical Clinics; Women's Health Center; round-the-clock in-hospital OB services; Dental Clinic; Mental Health Department; four School-Based Health Centers; supplemental services such as an on-site pharmacy and lab; and community health fairs and screenings.
