Chris Shiflett of the Foo Fighters has been as busy as ever lately with projects. Chris joins Matt Pinfield to discuss his latest music for this episode of New & Approved.

Chris recently released his latest solo album “Lost At Sea,” which included the single “Damage Control.” He tells Matt about the album’s inspirations and how he fits his solo career within the Foo Fighters’ schedule.

Matt also asks Chris about growing up in Santa Barbara and the influences that drew him to music. Raised by a musical family, Chris was bound to become a guitarist.
