Joey Kramer Reportedly Suing Aerosmith

Joey Kramer is suing his Aerosmith bandmates after allegedly being prevented from performing with them.

According to a TMZ report, this issue started back in April when Kramer suffered from a shoulder injury. This caused him to miss the last few dates of the initial half of Aerosmith’s Deuces Are Wild Las Vegas residency.

When Kramer wanted to rejoin the group earlier this month, the band supposedly required him to audition again, something they had never required from another Aerosmith member before. When they listened to Kramer’s tapes, they decided that he “did not have enough ‘energy’ in the recordings.”

Kramer is filing the lawsuit in hopes that he will return to his place in the band.
