Steve Stevens Joins Matt Pinfield to Discuss 40th Anniversary of Billy Idol’s “Rebel Yell”

Steve Stevens, best known as Billy Idol’s longtime guitarist, joins Matt Pinfield for this episode of New & Approved.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of “Rebel Yell” so Stevens talks about how the album will be celebrated. This will include some special edition releases!

Stevens has experienced many adventures with Billy Idol’s band so he discusses performing on the Empire State Building and at the Hoover Dam. He also dives deeper into his past and shares his greatest guitar inspirations and how he first linked up with Idol.

We also hear about Steven’s close friendship with fellow Billy Idol guitarist Billy Morrison and some of their great memories playing together.
