Adrian Kempe extended his goal streak to four games by scoring 3:39 into overtime to fuel the visiting Los Angeles Kings to a 3-2 victory over the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday.Kempe sent Los Angeles to its sixth straight win after driving to the net and beating Jake Allen (31 saves) for his fifth goal of the season.Alex Iafallo and Brendan Lemieux each scored a goal and Cal Petersen made 33 saves for the Kings, who began their win streak with a 5-2 victory over Montreal on Oct. 30.Jake Evans and defenseman Ben Chiarot each scored a goal and Artturi Lehkonen had two assists for the Canadiens, who have lost three in a row.Prior to the contest, Montreal goaltender Carey Price posted to his Instagram account that he had been in a residential treatment facility for substance abuse. The former Hart and Vezina Trophy recipient had reunited with his teammates for the first time on Tuesday.Los Angeles claimed a 2-1 lead after scoring six seconds into the third, marking the fastest goal to start a period in franchise history.Iafallo collected a loose puck in the neutral zone and skated in before wiring a shot from the left circle that sailed past Allen.Iafallo’s goal was his sixth of the season and extended his point streak to seven games (five goals, five assists). He had two goals and an assist in the previous encounter with the Canadiens.
