Los Angeles was one win shy of tying the all-time mark set by the Detroit Red Wings during the 2005-06 season and matched by the Minnesota Wild in 2014-15.Kevin Fiala had the primary assist on both goals Saturday for the Kings, who set the NHL record for most consecutive road wins to start a season in Thursday night’s win over the Montreal Canadiens.Goalie Cam Talbot recorded 27 saves.The Islanders outshot the Kings 11-9 in the first before Los Angeles scored twice in a span of fewer than four minutes in the middle period.
