The Eagles have broken another record once again. The legendary band’s 1976 compilation album Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) has now become the first record to reach quadruple diamond certification from the RIAA as their U.S. sales have reached 40 million.
Released on February 17th, 1976 the album will be turning fifty years old next year. In honor of the half-century anniversary, Eagles will be releasing a released a crystal-clear, 180-gram vinyl edition of the album.
