Guns N’ Roses are reportedly suing Canarchy Craft Brewery for their Guns ‘N’ Rosé beer.
According to The Blast, Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan are taking legal action against the brewery, who have also been selling other merchandise, such as hats, shirts, pint glasses, stickers, buttons and bandanas with the Guns ’N’ Rosé brand.
Legal documents state that Canarchy “refused to immediately and completely cease sales and marketing” for the alcoholic beverage. The band wants to halt the brewery from selling the beer as it could be mistaken as an officially affiliated product.

The brewery had reportedly agreed to stop selling the products, but not until March 2020. The band disagreed on the timeline and decided to take a legal course of action.
