Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong teased a joint tour with Green Day, Weezer, and Fall Out Boy.
Rumors first started when Armstrong wrote a comment on actor Rainn Wilson’s Instagram post last week, tagging Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo and Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz. Fans dug further and realized there was also a hidden Instagram account @hellamegatour.
Fans uncovered a video of Armstrong singing Green Day’s “Wake Me Up When September Ends” with the tagline, “Wake me up on September 10th.” Armstrong sports a white shirt with “F.O.B.” and the Weezer logo on it, along with the words, “Hella Mega!”
Additionally, there’s also the password-protected website, hellamegatour.com, which displays a GIF of Wilson as The Office‘s Dwight Schrute doing a hushing motion.
