Aerosmith Ends Tour with the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders

Aerosmith closed their 2015 Blue Army tour Friday, August 7 in Canton, Ohio with the help of their opening act Living Colour and the Minnesota Vikings.

The cheerleaders, who were in town to root for their team against the Pittsburgh Steelers, joined Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler as he performed “Walk This Way.” The show was part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s annual enshrinement weekend.

Aerosmith played a 17-song set featuring powerful takes on “Last Child” and “Rats in the Cellar,” as well as a cover by Joe Perry of Fleetwood Mac’s “Stop Messing Around.” Aerosmith closed their last show with a dramatic encore of “Dream On.”

Although the band has wrapped up their tour, Tyler has no intention of slowing down. Tyler joined the Zac Brown Band two nights later at Boston’s Fenway Park as an introduction to country fans and to promote his upcoming country album.

If you missed Aerosmith on the road, dont worry because the band will be releasing a new concert film, Aerosmith Rocks Donington 2014, on Sept. 4.
