Fleetwood Mac Debuts New Line Up With Charming Performance on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’: Watch

Marking the band’s first appearance with new guitarists Mike Campbell (of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers) and Neil Finn (of Crowded

House and Split Enz), classic rock favorites Fleetwood Mac stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (Sept. 5) to remind us they’ve still got it.

The new incarnation of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame outfit performed 1977’s Rumours FM radio staple “The Chain” and 1982’s hit Mirage

single “Gypsy.” The band is preparing for their North American tour that kicks off in Tulsa, O.K in October, followed by a 52-date journey that will keep the legendary group on the road until April 2019.

The televised performance marked Fleetwood Mac’s first time performing with their new lineup — with Neil Finn also taking over the vocals with Stevie Nicks after Fleetwood Mac split with longtime singer-guitarist Lindsey Buckingham in April — as well as their first time on Ellen. Both guitarists delivered flawless performances on the show, with Finn handling the vocal parts previously sung by Buckingham as naturally as Nicks.   MORE
