Black Sabbath is one of the recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Grammy this year.

Black Sabbath, George Clinton & Parliament-Funkadelic, Dionne Warwick, and more will receive Lifetime Achievement Grammy Awards as announced today by the Recording Academy. The award “celebrates performers who have made outstanding contributions of artistic significance to the field of recording.” The presentation will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2019 in Los Angeles.
