Five separate shootings are reported to have occurred in the last two days of South by Southwest Music and Film Festival.
Police in Austin, Texas, where the festival occurred, called it a “violent weekend.” Billboard reported that an early morning shooting on Sunday, March 17, resulted in at least one injury and arrests.
