Ozzy Osbourne may not have needed to have the serious surgical procedure that caused him to take almost a year off, according to Sharon Osbourne.

In a recent interview with the Sun, Sharon addressed the medical attention that her husband received this year due to multiple injuries.

“They fixed the collarbone straight away, but his spinal cord was so inflamed they had to wait a week to do an operation,” Sharon explained. “He was in surgery for five hours, and afterwards they told us it would take him a year to recover.”

“Now, certain doctors say, ‘Well, maybe he shouldn’t have had this operation,” she continued. “It’s a nightmare. Every doctor seems to have a different opinion.”
