Sammy Hagar put his Lake Arrowhead estate up for rent for $30,000 a month.

After failing to sell the property for the past few years, Hagar put up the 6,557 square foot house up for rent according to the Los Angeles Times. The chateau features three stories with eight bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and a guesthouse.
