Iron Maiden Brings A Metal Storm To The Honda Center

Last night (along with Wednesday night) heavy metal legends Iron Maiden rocked down Orange County during their back-to-back nights at the Honda Center.

Iron Maiden has been together since 1975, but their talent hasn’t seemed to age in the slightest bit. With Bruce Dickinson’s soaring vocals, Steve Harris’s lightning speed basslines, Nicko McBrain’s monster drumkit, and Dave Murray’s/Adrian Smith’s/Janick Gers’ ripping guitars, the band is still on fire.

Speaking of fire, this week’s performances saw Dickinson shooting two flamethrowers at once, indoor fireworks, a giant “Eddie” mascot sword fighting, moshpits, a noose, and many more surprising (but not really for Iron Maiden) acts that created the heavy metal storm.
