Robby Krieger Sets The Night on Fire At The Whisky A Go Go

This week marks 55 years since The Doors released their second album Strange Days. Doors’ guitarist Robby Krieger celebrated the only way that could really commemorate the legacy of the iconic album…with two shows at The Whisky A Go Go.

The Whisky A Go Go made the perfect place for the event since the venue was The Doors’ home base throughout the late 1960s. The Whisky is full of Doors’ history, which was deeply felt at the performance last night.

At 76-years-old, Robby Krieger has not aged in talent. Backed by an impressive band of experienced musicians, Krieger shredded his way through all of The Doors’ hits including Soul Kitchen, Love Me Two Times, Love Her Madly, L.A. Woman, and a plethora more.
