Metallica frontman James Hetfield is in the holiday spirit this year — and he’s busy spreading it, delivering presents to public safety workers in his Colorado town.

Acting on behalf of the band’s All Within My Hands foundation, Hetfield visited the police and fire departments in Vail, Colorado on Dec. 20 and 21, bringing Starbucks gift cards to personnel during both visits.
