According to Variety, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS bassist Flea has put his home in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles, California on the market at $2.997 million.

Flea, whose real name is Michael Balzary, and his wife, Frankie Rayder, bought the house less than four years ago for $2.47 million.

The listing at the real estate firm Compass states about the property: “Prominently sited on a large corner lot, this 1939 traditional is gated and private.
