Learn more about California Fire Foundation:

Backed by our friends in the Los Angeles County Fire Department, this organization is on the ground distributing financial assistance to people who have lost everything in the fires. Through its emergency assistance program, our local firefighters distribute pre-paid gift cards to help those who need to purchase necessities like food, medicine and clothing.

Learn more about The Comedy Store’s Comedian Assistance Fund:

The Comedy Store has partnered with MPTF (Motion Picture & Television Fund ) to create The Comedy Store Comedians’ Assistance Fund. We understand that there is a need in The Comedy Store standup community for guidance from social work professionals and financial assistance and other needed support to help cope in today’s world: many comedians face inconsistent work and wages, lack of health care coverage, and resultant stress-related issues. The Comedy Store has been blessed by the continued support and love of the standup community for 40+ years, and in turn would like to give back to that same community that has made it so successful over the years.  For more information, please contact (818) 861-3939.
